Solution 1: Turn off your Powerbeats

6. Tap the name of your Powerbeats and it will lead you to the beats updater website.

Note: To update Powerbeats’ firmware, you should have at least 20% battery.

Solution 6: Forget Powerbeats

If you have paired your Powerbeats with iPhone,

1. Go to Settings->Bluetooth.
2. Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on and Powerbeats are connected.
3. Tap (i) info symbol next to the name of your Powerbeats earphones.
4. Next, tap “Forget This Device”.
5. Tap “Forget Device” to confirm.
6. Turn off Bluetooth.
7. Now turn off your Powerbeats.
