Visual Voicemail is not Working on My iPhone XS After iOS 12? Here’s the Fix

If you guys have an issue of “Visual Voicemail is not working on iPhone”. If yes… Means don’t worry this was a very simple issue and you can able to get rid of this issue very easily. This issue basically happens after your device updated to the latest iOS version. I too got this kind of issue and solved it by using a few solutions. Here I gonna share you the tricks which work for me. Hope it will be useful for you.
Solution 1: Enable and Disable Airplane Mode

1. Open “Settings”.
2. Tap “Airplane Mode” and Enable it.
3. Wait for few minutes and Disable it.

Solution 2: Restart your iPhone

1. Press and hold the Power Button until the slider appears.
2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
3. After your iPhone turns off, press and hold the Power button until the Apple Logo appears.

Solution 3: Check Network Connection
If you are a Wi-Fi User,

1. Open “Settings”.
2. Tap “Wi-Fi” and Disable it.
3. Wait for sometime and Enable it.

If you are a Mobile/Cellular Network User,

1. Open “Settings”.
2. Tap “Mobile/Cellular” Data and Disable it.
3. Wait for few minutes and reconnect it.

Solution 4: Update Carrier Settings

1. First, you have to connect your device to cellular data or Wi-Fi.
2. Open “Settings” -> “General” -> “About”.
3. Here, you can see an update, you just update it.

Solution 5: Reset Network Settings

1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
2. Tap “Reset Network Settings”.
3. Enter the Passcode if required and tap “Reset Network Settings” in the pop-up box.

Note: This action will reset all Wi-Fi Networks & Passwords, APN & VPN Settings, and Cellular Settings of your iPhone.
Solution 6: Factory Reset your iPhone

1. Go to Settings->General->Reset.
2. Tap “Erase All Content and Settings”.
3. Now, a pop-up box appears with three options.
4. If you want to back up the data means tap “Finish Uploading Then Erase”.
5. If you don’t want to get backup means tap “Erase Now”.
6. Now your device will reset completely.
