How to Fix HomePod not Responding?

Many of the Apple HomePod users may get an issue of “HomePod Not Responding” or “Siri Speakers not responding to voice issues”. For that, Apple has launched its smart speaker on the market. Here I gonna share you the fixes to irresponsive HomePod.
Fix 1: Check your HomePod is in Full Power

  1. Plug on the HomePod.
  2. Tap on the top of the speaker.
  3. You can check by saying “Hey Siri” and if it responds means the speaker is turned on.

Fix 2: Check for Alerts in the Home App

  1. This issue generally happens because of slow network connection or access your Apple ID or any other problem.
  2. It has any problem, it will display an alert about the issue in the app.
  3. To know about the detailed information of this problem means just long press the “Home” or “Rooms” tab.

Fix 3: Check your Network connection
If you are a Wi-Fi User,

  1. Go to “Settings”.
  2. Tap “Wi-Fi” and disable it.
  3. Wait for few minutes and enable it.

If you are a Mobile/Cellular data user,

  1. Open “Settings”.
  2. Tap “Mobile/Cellular data” and disable it.
  3. Wait for few minutes and enable it.

Fix 4: Remove HomePod from Home App

  1. Launch “Home” app.
  2. In the rooms or at the “Home” tab just press the HomePod.
  3. Now a pop-up box appears with a list of option, find “Remove Accessory” and tap it.

Fix 5: Reset the HomePod

  1. Unplug and Plug the HomePod.
  2. Press and hold the upper surface of the HomePod and then a white light will turn red.
  3. Hold your finger until you hear beeps from the speaker.
